In July of 2007, I received my Usui Reiki Master Practitioner certification and have since added this service to my coaching practice. In May of 2008, I attained my Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner certification and in August of 2008, My Usui Reiki Master Teacher. This has been such a wonderful addition to the personal coaching that I do with my clients.

As I began exploring this route as a possible client service, it became readily apparent how Reiki would become the perfect compliment to the work that I was already doing with people. In fact, it would deepen and strengthen it. During my own process of learning Reiki techniques, and through receiving treatments too, I discovered a powerful avenue for personal growth and healing. Reiki provides another effective and useful way to release the fears that hold you back. And in the place of this fear, together we set intentions that align with your true values and true inner power.

A Brief Overview

Reiki is Transformational. Reiki is Healing. Reiki is Intentional. Reiki is Non-harming and Empowering. Reiki can help you release past hurts and current fears. Teatments can also have a therapeutic benefit toward reducing illness and conditions in the physical body as well as help liberate and remove emotional pain, both old and new. At the end of a session, many people report feeling lighter, calmer and ready to move forward in areas where they previously felt stuck. Reiki will also help you let go of limited and blocking beliefs that you've stored in your body and rid your life of what is no longer working on many levels of mind, emotion, body and spirit; With your space cleared of negativity, you can more easily manifest what you truly desire, with less effort and less stress!
