About Us

Dr. Rachelle Disbennett Lee began co-hosting an internet radio lifestyle show, Totally Outrageous, in 2002 and has given over 50 radio interviews with her first book before launching Live the Day in 2006.

Christen Resmo started her media career as the Sassy 107FM Life Coach and appeared weekly on the morning show with Gloria Neal for one year before joining Live the Day. Christen has also been featured in multiple media interviews and internet podcasts as an expert on living a successful, abundant life, and is a lead interviewer for the Compass Life Designs Coachcast internet podcast program.

Our audience is a smart crowd. They want to know why we share the opinions that we share. And, sage advice? Yes, we’ve got that too. But first we plan to uncover the down-to-earth, full story about what makes a whole person whole and a happy person happy.
