Christen teamed up with Denver's Diva of the Airwaves, Rachelle Disbennett-Lee to bring Denver and the world positive talk plus helpful coaching tips for living life to the fullest. All said, the show had a successful, well-received 3-year run.

Christen's Media Career

 

Christen started her media career in as the Sassy 107FM Life Coach and appeared routinely on the morning show with Gloria Neal for one year before joining Live the Day. Christen topped off the Sassy 107FM listener polls with her weekly segment that featured her various life coaching tips to a wide Denver audience. And in September of 2007, Christen began creating and producing Live the Day! Radio with Rachelle and Christen which featured well-known speakers, bestselling authors and guests who appeared in large, mainstream TV, internet and radio venues.

"Live the Day with Rachelle and Christen" was a successful Denver radio talk show hosted by internationally renowned Action Advocate and human potential expert, Rachelle Disbennett-Lee, PhD and prominent Life Success Coach, Christen Resmo. The show presented a lively 60 minutes of motivation, inspiration and information. Rachelle and Christen interview experts from many different fields and specialties who share their tips, tricks and ideas for living a wealthy, healthy, and happy life.

Where Did We Go?

At the end of the 2008 KKZN contract cycle, Rachelle and I made the very tough decision to 'go dark' with Live the Day. It was a day of celebration because we felt the show had grown to be such a solid success and we were amazed at what was accomplished with our program. Our Denver audience (and internet audience) was growing, our guests commented frequenlty on how much they loved being on the show and we were meeting so many wonderful people -- many of whom we'd have never met had we not hosted Live the Day.

While the show could have continued indefinitely, we had to make some hard choices regarding what we needed to focus on most. Rachelle opted to focus on her speaking career and finish her next book (go Rachelle!). This book will be co-authored with one of our show guests so stay tuned for more on that. And I decided to FINALLY go forward with my retreats and seminars, and my women's empowerment programs. This new direction is a major career goal and my number one dream. No more excuses. It's time to get going on that.
